Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

The original receipt must accompany your return.

Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging with the original tags attached.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We will not process returns until your item is received at Whimsy.  It is advised to add tracking to your shipment as we can not guarantee shipments will be received.

You are also welcome to return items directly to our store location personally.

Please repack the merchandise in the same way it was received. Whimsy is not responsible for merchandise being damaged during the return shipping. Upon receipt we will credit your original payment method (minus the cost of shipping).
